ZAHRA ANNAZADEH MAHANIL

Zahra was born in Kerman – Iran, and immigrated to Australia in 1980. She has been interested in art since an early age and has won numerous prices in schools competitions.

Zahra’s art education includes: Certificate in Fine Arts at the Seaforth College of TAFE in painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking and photography; Associate diploma in Fine Arts at the Seaforth College of TAFE in painting, drawing, printmaking, photography and design; Ceramic course at the Brookvale College of TAFE; Short courses in painting and drawing at the Ku-ring-gai Art Centre.

Her love of exploring the light and vibrant colours; provide a rich source of material for her current work.
