WENDY WADE

Wendy was born in England and came to Australia in 1976. She has lived in and taken inspiration from Sydney 's inner west, east and North Shore . She has studied printmaking, watercolour, mixed media and collage. She uses all of these techniques in her creations for the last 12 years.

Wendy's work is generous and vibrant. One critic has described it as “voluptuous”. The use of form of her musical instruments translates directly from her nude studies.

Wendy has exhibited solo since 2002, and has been involved in several group exhibitions. Her works are represented in private collections in Sydney , Brisbane and the Uk.
